By using Ranch Caterings & Food services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders, quotes, and services provided by Ranch Caterings & Food.

Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM for next-day delivery. Payment terms:

• Payment is due at the time of order confirmation
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Corporate accounts may be eligible for net payment terms
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST

Our delivery and service terms:

• Delivery is available across Melbourne metropolitan area
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic conditions
• A responsible person must be available to receive delivery
• Setup and cleanup services available upon request
• Temperature-controlled delivery ensures food safety

Cancellation and refund terms:

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
• No refunds for cancellations within 4 hours of delivery
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Food safety and dietary considerations:

• All food is prepared in commercial kitchens following HACCP standards
• Dietary requirements must be specified at time of order
• Cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated in our kitchens
• Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering
• Food should be consumed within recommended timeframes

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Damages to venue or property
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Issues arising from failure to follow food handling instructions

All content on our website, including recipes, images, and branding, is the property of Ranch Caterings & Food and protected by copyright laws.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
